What Is Intuitive Eating?

Intuitive Eating is the process of connecting with your body to figure out what you want to eat, how much of it, and and what time. There are ten principles of Intuitive Eating that help you connect with what your body wants. I've outlined them below and linked each principle to a blog post discussing each in detail.
