This corner of the Internet is run by me, Natalia. It exists to help you get started with learning about a non-diet health approach.

I started my non-diet health coaching practice because I felt a calling to help women change how they relate to food and their bodies. My intention is to guide you through this process through a holistic approach to health coaching. We will discuss everything from food rules and food preferences to how you like to move and exercise. We will also explore how satisfied you feel in your day to day life with things like your career, relationships, and friendships. I am not the expert – you are. My job is to guide you and help you navigate these changes. I guarantee that through our work together you will gain extensive knowledge about food, as well as feel happier with your body.

What Will Our First Session Look Like?

During our first session, I'll ask you to answer some questions so I can get an idea of what your current relationship to food is. I want to know what kind of rules you have around food and exercise. I want to know how you feel when you eat and how you feel when you don't. I'll also tell you about what you can expect from this process and will share how it's helped me. At the end of the session, I'll evaluate what type of coaching is right for you and we can set up sessions that work for your budget and lifestyle.
